Terms of service

Pilatis is run by Uuganbat Gantumur ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you (the studio or business using Pilatis) and us. By creating a studio you agree to them.

What Pilatis is

Pilatis is booking and studio-management software for pilates studios: class schedules, per-reformer booking, waitlists, packs and memberships, client emails, a studio website and a client web app, reports, payroll and data export.

Your account and your team

You're responsible for who you give access to and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must be able to form a binding contract and use Pilatis for a real business.

Free trial and plans

Every studio starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. After that, Pilatis is a monthly subscription (Starter $99, Studio $199, Pro $299 a month, or the local price shown at checkout). Plans renew each month until cancelled.

Payment through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Plan and billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Your data

Your studio's data (clients, bookings, sales and everything else you put in) belongs to you. You can export all of it at any time, free, including after your plan ends. If your plan ends, your dashboard becomes read-only rather than being deleted.

For your clients' personal data, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our privacy policy. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to use your clients' data and for what you send them.

Your clients' payments

If you connect your own Stripe account, your clients pay you directly and you are the merchant for those sales, under Stripe's terms. We don't take a fee from those payments.

Fair use

Don't use Pilatis to break the law, send spam, or harm other people or our systems. We may suspend a studio that does, and we'll tell you why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Pilatis running and your data safe, with backups, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

If we change these terms or our prices, we'll email studio owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect for paid plans.
